I. 3-D Design technology
The design process is the most important step toward your new pool. There are many things to consider such as yard elevation, size shape, and depth. Other things to consider are landscaping, fencing, deck size, stone and tile color, and interior finish type. This may sound difficult, but with our 3-D design technology these choices are made easy. You will take a virtual tour of your backyard. You will know what your pool looks and sounds like before actual construction begins.

A. Excavation
Careful planning goes into digging your pool. We take all the safety precautions necessary before any ground is broke. We have a wide range of excavation equipment to accommodate any access issues.
B. plumbing and Steel
Your pool will typically be plumbed and steeled in the same day. Careful consideration is taken when plumbing your pool so that it circulates as efficiently as possible. Once completed, the plumbing is pressurized and remains that way until the final stage of construction. We use only 1/2" steel and 10" centers to ensure the most strength possible for your pool's foundation.
C. Gunite
This is the concrete shell of your pool. It is a mix of concrete, sand, and water applied at 4000 psi over the steel in the pool. All rebound is removed from the Pool.
D. Tile and Coping
In this stage, a stone and tile of your choice is applied around the edge of your pool. Waterfalls, fire pits, retaining walls, rock beach entries, grottos, planters, and many other stone features are also built in this stage.
E. Decking
Steel reinforced concrete is poured around the perimeter of your pool. We have a wide range of finish choices, You can choose aggregate, broomed concrete, spray deck, stamped concrete, flagstone, acid stain, and many more.
F. Equipment
We only use the best equipment in the industry. We have a wide range of equipment choices. Your pool can be equipped with wireless remotes, indoor controls, colored lights, and many different water features.
G. Plaster
This is the interior finish of your pool. We have a wide range of textures and colors to choose from. After this stage is completed, your pool will be filled with water.
H. Clean-up
The construction site will be kept clean at all times. We will do a final clean up where we level the yard, acid wash the deck and stone, and haul off any left over construction debris.
I. Start-up
After the pool is full of water, we will start all the equipment to ensure that is is working properly. We will add necessary chemicals and filtering agents. We will also set timers, program remotes, set indoor controllers, and adjust all water features during the start-up.
J. Pool School
We will teach you how to properly operate and care for your new pool. This stage can be repeated as many times as necessary until you feel totally comfortable with your pool.
